Beautiful bird print from the Leipzig Edition of John James Audubon's ”Birds of America” printed in Leipzig, Germany in 1973. The Leipzig Edition of Audubon was printed using a form of lithography that put drops of ink on the page with no defined edges to increase the quality of the printing. Printed on a heavy stock cream colored paper this publication is limited to 1000 copies.
