199 Antonius Sanderus (1586–1664) – Chorographia Sacra Brabantiae – Printed Book with Copperplate Engravings (c.1659)

A richly illustrated historical and topographical chronicle of the ecclesiastical and monastic institutions of Brabant. Chorographia Sacra Brabantiae, compiled by the Flemish historian Antonius Sanderus, documents prominent churches, abbeys, and religious sites through extensive Latin text and numerous engraved views.
The work includes over 100 full-page copperplate engravings, each depicting an important architectural landmark from the Southern Netherlands during the Spanish period.
Condition Report
Bound in full leather with spine decorations, the book shows light wear but is overall well-preserved. Plates remain crisp and clean, though a few exhibit minor foxing.
