Anders Zorn was born on February 18, 1860, and died on August 22, 1920. He was a prominent Swedish painter, etcher, and sculptor, known for his impressive portraits and depictions of Swedish life. Zorn was a master of capturing light and movement, which earned him international recognition during his lifetime. He spent time both in Sweden and abroad, particularly in Paris, where he became part of the artistic elite.
