This edition, published in 1607, was prepared by Dutch humanist Petrus Scriverius and enriched with commentary by Godfried Stewechius and Franciscus Modius. The volume includes 47 impressive woodcuts depicting Roman siege machines, formations, coins, and tactical diagrams.
