132 Christerssons Förlag, Landskrona - Set of 2 Equine Photographs – Decanter XX (foaled 1902) & Lord Garrett XX (foaled 1903) – Stallions from Strömsholm National Stud (c.1910)

Both stallions were part of the breeding program of Strömsholms Hingstdepå — one of Sweden’s most important national studs. Along with Flyinge, Strömsholm served as a cornerstone of state-regulated horse breeding in early 20th-century Sweden, supplying stallions for both cavalry and agricultural needs. Each image is marked with detailed information: breed, height at withers, sire and dam, and stud affiliation.

This type of photographic documentation was central to studbooks and hippological archives of the era, and today represents a rare visual record of European horse breeding history.
