We are happy to visit your home for a personal meeting where we appraise individual items or an entire home in preparation for a potential sale.

You can easily have your item appraised by sending us an email with pictures of the items, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once you have decided to sell, we will establish a sales agreement. The agreement specifies the items to be sold, and our appraisers set a market-adjusted starting price. If you, as the seller, wish to set a reserve price, i.e., a minimum price level for the items, this will also be stated in the agreement. The sales agreement outlines the cost of selling through us. The sales commission, which is paid by the seller, is 20% including VAT of the final auction price. In addition to the commission, a hammer fee of 80 kronor including VAT is also applied.

In preparation for the auction, our experts conduct a further assessment of your item and compile a descriptive catalog text as well as a condition report. The item is then photographed by our photographer in a way that best highlights its features. By providing accurate information and attractive images, we strive to ensure the best possible final price for your item.

Payment of the sales proceeds is made within 30 days after the auction ends, and a final sales statement is sent to you at that time. Payment is conditional on the buyer having paid for and collected the item within the specified time frame. If an item receives no bids, or if the bidding does not reach the predetermined reserve price, it will not be sold and will be returned. The item can then be re-listed for auction, and we will initiate a discussion regarding possible adjustments to your reserve price for a new sales round.
