This superb anatomical engraving titled TABULA CCXXXV is taken from Icones anatomicae; Iconum anatomicarum explicatio by Leopoldo Marco Antonio Caldani, published in Venice between 1801 and 1814. It depicts detailed structures of the human pelvic region, rendered with scientific precision and artistic finesse. Created as a reference for medical students and practitioners, this copperplate engraving belongs to one of the most important anatomical atlases of the Enlightenment, offering a comprehensive visual guide to human internal anatomy.
