Large antique architectural engraving from the neoclassical design series Ornamenti diversi, inventati, disegnati ed eseguiti da Giocondo Albertolli, professore d'ornati nella reale Accademia delle belle arti in Milano, engraved by Giacomo Mercoli. This plate presents a richly detailed portion of a ceiling with concentric ornamental bands, stylized laurel garlands, acanthus scrolls, and rosettes arranged in a radial scheme. The combination of vegetal patterns and measured symmetry reflects Albertolli's mastery of ornamental balance in architectural décor.

Giocondo Albertolli (1742–1839) was an Italian architect, painter, and decorator, known for his significant contributions to neoclassical architecture and interior design. Born in Como, Italy, he initially studied architecture and went on to work as a professor of architecture and design in Milan. Albertolli's work reflected the neoclassical style that was prominent during the late 18th and early 19th centuries, with an emphasis on simplicity, symmetry, and the revival of classical elements from ancient Greek and Roman architecture.
