Thomas Moule (1784-1851) was a British cartographer, historian, and writer, best known for his beautifully detailed and decorative maps of England. His most famous work, The County Maps of Old England, was published in the 1830s and is renowned for its ornate, Gothic-style designs, often incorporating coats of arms and architectural illustrations. Moule also worked as a bookseller and writer, contributing to historical and antiquarian studies. His maps remain highly collectible today for their artistic and historical value.
